Dateline Resources (ASX:DTR) added 66 claims covering about 1,300 acres to its Music Valley heavy rare earth project in California, located in the northwest of the project area, about six kilometers southeast of the town of Twentynine Palms, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the new claims cover an extension of the northwest geophysical target, with field mapping identifying extensive outcropping at the Pinto Gneiss, the recognized host unit for heavy rare earth element mineralization, at both the northwest and southern target areas.
