Datang International Power to Invest 920 Million Yuan in Lvsigang Expansion

Datang International Power Generation Co (HKG:0991, SHA:601991) agreed to contribute 920 million yuan to increase the registered capital of Jiangsu Datang International Lvsigang Power Generation, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The company will join Datang Jiangsu Power Generation and Nantong State-owned Assets Investment in a total capital increase of 1.7 billion yuan for the 2×1,000-megawatt Lvsigang expansion project.

Datang International Power's stake will remain at 55% after the capital increase, with the funds to support equipment purchases, construction, and installation costs.
