Daiwa Securities Living Investment's (TYO:8986) posted a profit of 6.87 billion in the six months ended March 31, up 3.9% from 6.61 billion in the previous half-year period.
The company's earnings per unit increased to 2,877 yen from 2,758 yen in the prior six-month period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Operating revenue rose 2.3% to 15 billion yen in the 40th fiscal period from 14.7 billion yen in the prior half-year period.
Daiwa Securities Living Investment declared a distribution per unit of 2,630 yen, payable from June 16.
For the 41st fiscal period ending Sept. 30, the REIT expects profit of 5.9 billion yen and operating revenue of 14.2 billion yen.
For the 42nd fiscal period ending March 31, 2027, the REIT expects profit of 4.56 billion yen and operating revenue of 12.9 billion yen.
Daiwa Securities Living Investment plans to pay distributions of 2,510 yen per share for the 41st fiscal period and 2,410 yen per share for the 42nd fiscal period.
