Daiwa House Industry's (TYO:1925) net income attributable to owners of the parent rose 7.8% to 350.57 billion yen for the fiscal year 2025 from 325.06 billion yen a year earlier.
The construction company's basic net income per share increased to 566.47 yen from 514.00 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Net sales rose 2.6% to 5.577 trillion yen for the period ended March 31 from 5.435 trillion yen in the prior year.
Daiwa House declared a final dividend of 100 yen per share, payable from June 29.
For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable net income of 227.00 billion yen, basic net income per share of 183.26 yen, and net sales of 5.800 trillion yen.
Daiwa House plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 86 yen and 45 yen per share, respectively, for the year.
