Daito Trust Construction (TYO:1878) said that it completed the acquisition of the Japanese real estate company, The Global (TYO:3271), making it a wholly owned subsidiary, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
The Tokyo-listed real estate leasing company said The Global's shareholders approved the transaction at an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday.
