Daio Paper (TYO:3880) said that it will dissolve and liquidate its Indonesian subsidiaries due to rising costs and high energy and material prices, apart from intensifying competition, according to a Friday release.
The Tokyo-listed paper diaper company said that the subsidiaries include PT. Elleair International Trading Indonesia and PT. Elleair International Manufacturing Indonesia, and the move is part of its structural reforms under its fifth medium-term business plan.
