Daewoo Engineering Wins KRW 1.44 Trillion Seoul Redevelopment Contract

Daewoo Engineering & Construction (KRX:047040) has been selected as the main contractor for the Sangdo District 15 housing redevelopment project in Seoul, with a total contract value of approximately 1.437 trillion won.

The project involves constructing 30 apartment buildings with up to 35 stories and 3,207 units, along with retail facilities, on a site in Dongjak-gu, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The contract amount represents about 17.8% of the company's consolidated revenue for fiscal year 2025.
