Daewoo Engineering & Construction Secures KRW636 Billion Construction Contract in South Korea

Daewoo Engineering & Construction (KRX:047040) secured a 636.1 billion won construction contract with Jeonnong Urban Environment Improvement Project Association for the Jeonnong Urban Environment Improvement Project in Seoul, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The South Korean construction company said the project covers construction of four apartment buildings with eight basement levels and up to 49 floors above ground, comprising 1,104 apartment units.

The contract represents 7.9% of the company's 2025 sales, and the payments for the project will be based on progress payments from presale proceeds.
