Daewoo Engineering & Construction Secures KRW291 Billion Residential Project

Daewoo Engineering & Construction (KRX:047040) secured a 290.9 billion won contract for the Sindaebang Station Area redevelopment project in Seoul, according to a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The project covers construction of 11 apartment buildings with seven basement levels, comprising 1,586 apartment units and retail facilities.

The contract period is 49 months from the construction start date.
