Da-Cin Construction's Project's Cumulative Disposal Value to Hit NT$500 Million

Da-Cin Construction's (TPE:2535) cumulative disposal value of a development project over the past year is expected to reach NT$500 million, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.

The project covers land parcels in Taipei City, Taiwan, with a total transaction area of 1,255.87 square metres, or about 379.9 ping.

The total transaction amount for the latest period between April 30 and May 31 stood at NT$714.3 million, with sales processed under standard housing contract receipts and operating activities.

The company said the buyers are individual persons with no related-party ties.
