CuFe Says European Lithium Reduces Stake

CuFe (ASX:CUF) received notice that European Lithium (ASX:EUR) decreased their holdings in the company to 16.7% from 17.9%, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

European Lithium now owns 342.4 million shares in the company, the filing said.

Divi's Laboratories Clocks Gains in Fiscal Q4 Consolidated Profit

Divi's Laboratories' (NSE:DIVISLAB, BOM:532488) consolidated attributable profit increased to 7.51 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 6.62 billion rupees a year ago.Earnings per share came in at 28.31 rupees from 24.93 rupees a year earlier, the pharmaceutical company said in a filing to the Indian bourses on Saturday. The EPS was higher than the 26.67 rupees estimated by analysts polled by Visible Alpha.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 rose to 28.3 billion rupees from 25.9 billion rupees a year ago.The company's board recommended a final dividend of 30 rupees per equity share of face value 2 rupees each for the financial year 2025-26.
