Cube System Forms Capital and Business Alliance with System Create to Boost Growth

Cube System (TYO:2335) agreed to a capital and business alliance with System Create, citing their long-standing collaboration in system development and SES, a Tuesday Tokyo bourse filing showed.

Under the business alliance, the two firms will jointly pursue system development projects, share quality standards, collaborate on R&D, and engage in personnel exchanges.

Through the capital alliance, Cube System will acquire 44 treasury shares of System Create via a third-party allotment, resulting in a 21.1% voting rights ratio after the transaction.

The payment is scheduled for June 30, with minimal expected impact on Cube System's consolidated financial results for now.
