CTBC Financial (TPE:2891) Renews Lease for Office Premises

-- CTBC Financial (TPE:2891) unit CTBC Securities has acquired right-of-use assets from KGI Life Insurance through a lease renewal for office premises in Taichung, Taiwan, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.

Shares gained over 1% in Wednesday's late morning trade.

The property has a lease area of 195.69 ping, and a lease term of nine years, running from June 2026 to May 2035.

It carries a total rental value of NT$10.45 million, while the right-of-use asset is valued at NT$9.14 million, it said.

Paladin Energy Posts Higher Fiscal Q3 Uranium Production YoY

Paladin Energy (PDN.TO) on Wednesday reported a year-over-year increase in fiscal third-quarter uranium production, citing strong processing plant performance.From the Langer Heinrich Mine in Namibia, the company produced 1.29 million pounds of U3O8, up from 745,484 pounds in the year-ago quarter.Sales of U3O8 came in at 1.03 Mlb, up from 872,435 lb. Average realized price was US$68.3/lb, down from $69.9/lb.The company increased its production guidance range for fiscal 2026 to a range of 4.5 Mlb and 4.8 Mlb of U3O8, citing strong year-to-date performance.Paladin had cash and investments of $219.5 million and an undrawn revolving credit facility of $70 million as of quarter-end.
