CT Vision S.L. (International) Holdings (HKG:0994) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Key ASIC Berhad (KLSE:KEYASIC) to potentially build an environmentally friendly 300-megawatt artificial intelligence data center in Malaysia.
The construction company, which has dealt with renewable energy projects, said the proposed data center would meet at least 50% of its energy needs from green sources, including wind, solar, and biomass.
The MOU does not guarantee that a binding agreement will materialize. If finalized, CT Vision said it expects to diversify into the lucrative AI infrastructure market by leveraging its engineering, procurement, and construction expertise.
