CSPC Pharmaceutical (HKG:1093) said Phase 1 clinical trial of its SYS6063 CAR-T therapy for relapsed/refractory systemic lupus erythematosus has begun at its first clinical center in China, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The trial is a multicentre, single-arm, open-label study involving dose escalation and expansion.
It will assess the drug's safety, tolerability, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity, with patient recruitment and screening underway.
