CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical's Subsidiary Starts Phase I Trial of SYH2092 Injection

CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical's (SHE:300765) subsidiary, CSPC Jushi Biopharmaceutical, started the phase I clinical trial of SYH2092 injection, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing late Monday.

The drug is being developed for weight management in patients with obesity and to help improve glycemic control of adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

The drug is undergoing testing to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a single dose of SYH2092 in healthy participants.
