CSPC Innovation Pharma's SYS6010 Lands China's Breakthrough Therapy Product List

CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical's (SHE:300765) drug, SYS6010, was included in the Breakthrough Therapy Product List of China's National Medical Products Administration, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.

The Chinese pharmaceutical company's shares rose 2% during Wednesday's morning trade.

The drug, which was developed by subsidiary Shijiazhuang CSPC Jushi Biopharmaceutical, is used for the treatment of patients with relapsed or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma who have failed to respond to immunotherapy and platinum-containing chemotherapy.

Viva Goods Ups Stake in Sportswear Giant Li Ning

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
