CSE Global Bags Two $150 Million Electrification Contracts in US

CSE Global (SGX:544) secured two deals worth $150 million in the US for power distribution centers and related electrical and control systems, according to a Thursday filing.

The first contract covers the design and manufacture of power distribution centers and integration of electrical and control systems for the LNG market, supporting the Calcasieu Pass 2 LNG project in Louisiana. The contract will run from 2026 to 2028.

The second deal is a follow-on order for power distribution centers for the Cheyenne Power Hub project, which will support power distribution to an adjacent data center.

The contract is expected to run from 2026 to 2027, it said.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
