Critical (KLSE:CHB) unit Critical Engineering Solutions secured its largest-ever engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract, valued at about 772 million ringgit, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
The project, awarded by a U.S.-based multinational company, involves developing an industrial facility with an automated storage and retrieval system warehouse and supporting infrastructure in Kedah, Malaysia.
The award marks the group's expansion from a cleanroom and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering specialist into a full EPCC solutions provider, it said.
