The stabilization period for Crealights Technology's (HKG:1191) Hong Kong initial public offering ended on Friday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
During the stabilization period, the stabilizing manager over-allocated 2.01 million H-shares, representing about 15% of the total offer shares initially available under the global offering.
The over-allotment option was fully exercised on July 8, involving the issue of 2.01 million H-shares at the IPO price of HK$114.00 each to cover the over-allotments.
The company said no on-market purchases or sales of its H-shares were undertaken for price stabilization during the stabilization period.
