CP All (BKK:CPALL) unit All Bake and Brew completed the registration of its liquidation on June 23, according to a Wednesday Thailand Exchange filing.
The company had previously registered the subsidiary's dissolution with Thailand's Department of Business Development on Jan. 5.
CP All said the dissolved and liquidated unit was 99.99%-owned indirectly by the company, and that the process will have no impact on its operations.
