CoVolt Power on Friday filed publicly for an initial public offering with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, proposing to list its Class A common stock on the NYSE under the ticker "KVLT."
The number of shares and price range have not yet been determined, the company said.
The Houston-based company, which provides engineering, procurement and construction services for utility-scale solar, battery storage and high-voltage transmission projects, reported revenue of $739.4 million for 2025, up 67% from 2024, and backlog of $3.6 billion as of June 30.
