Country Heights (KLSE:CHHB) said the auction of a property owned by its subsidiary, Country Heights Commercial Development, was cancelled due to the absence of bidders, according to a Tuesday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The 6.4‑acre freehold land parcel was to be auctioned on Sept. 21 at a reserve price of 55 million ringgit.
The cancellation of the auction is not expected to have any immediate financial impact on the group as no sale of the property has taken place, the company said.
