Cosmos Health Unit Acquires Patent Application From Cloudpharm

Cosmos Health (COSM) said its Cana Laboratories unit acquired an international patent application from Cloudpharm and has begun seeking national and regional protection in key markets.

The technology combines early-stage discovery methods with advanced pharmaceutical development approaches, the company said Monday in a statement.

Cana also plans to expand investment in nanotechnology-based platforms for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, over-the-counter and specialized healthcare products.

The company said the project will integrate the newly acquired IP with Cana's European manufacturing capabilities.

SpaceX Signs $920 Million Monthly Cloud Deal With Google
