Cosmax (KRX:192820) plans to provide a cash loan of 110 billion won to its subsidiary Cosmax East on Sept. 17, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The loan period is from Sept. 17, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2029.
Shares of Cosmax rose nearly 1% in recent trade.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
