Revenue in the three months ended June 30 fell to $6.38 billion from $6.46 billion a year earlier.

The company raised its full-year operating EPS guidance to the range of $3.60 to $3.80 from the prior forecast of $3.45 to $3.70.

Corteva shares fell 6% in after-hours trading.
