HCL Technologies (NSE:HCLTECH, BOM:532281) said HCLSoftware has completed the acquisition of Cloud Software Group's Jaspersoft.
The acquisition is effective July 1, according to a Thursday stock exchange filing.
Shares of the company jumped over 4% in morning trade on Friday.
