CoreWeave (CRWV) priced a $3.7 billion private offering of 2.875% convertible senior notes due April 1, 2033, upsized from a previously planned $3 billion, the company said Friday.
Initial purchasers have an option to buy up to an additional $500 million of notes.
The company expects the offering to close Tuesday and plans to use part of the estimated $3.64 billion net proceeds to fund certain capped call transactions, among other things, it said.
CoreWeave shares were up 1% in premarket activity.
