As part of the plan, the company agreed to acquire Polaris DS, which has contracted 440 megawatts of gross power, with the deal expected to close in Q3.
The company said the acquisition will accelerate its timeline for new capacity, with construction already underway on an 82.5-megawatt facility slated for initial delivery in Q4 of 2027.
