Core Lithium (ASX:CXO) said the priority offer for eligible shareholders under the initial public offering (IPO) of Axiant Resources will close on Thursday, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The IPO includes a priority offer that provides eligible shareholders with the opportunity to invest in Axiant ahead of its proposed listing on the ASX, with a minimum of AU$5 million reserved for allocation, the filing said.
Eligible shareholders may apply for parcels of Axiant shares ranging from AU$2,000 up to a maximum of AU$20,000 at AU$0.20 apiece, per the filing.
Core Lithium shares rose past 2% in morning trade Monday.
