-- Core Lithium(ASX:CXO)は、1億2,000万豪ドルの増資のうち第2弾として、株主の承認を得て約3億2,000万株の新株を発行し、費用控除前で約6,700万豪ドルを調達した。これは、同社のフィニス・リチウム・プロジェクトの開発資金に充当される。オーストラリア証券取引所への金曜日の提出書類で明らかになった。 提出書類によると、費用控除後の新規資金調達総額は約1億5,700万豪ドルとなった。 また、同社株主は、GlencoreとInfraViaに発行した7,000万豪ドルの転換社債の第2弾(繰延べられた4,400万豪ドル分)についても承認した。ただし、完了には外国投資審査委員会(FIRB)の承認が必要となる。 同社の株価は、金曜日の取引で3%下落した。

REA Group Residential Buy Yield Growth Does Heavy Lifting in Fiscal Q3 Result, Jefferies Says

REA Group's (ASX:REA) residential buy yield growth did the heavy lifting in a still-subdued environment, driving its fiscal third quarter result, according to a Friday note by Jefferies.Its residential revenue in Australia was up 12%, driven almost entirely by yield as listings only grew 1% nationally. Buy yield grew 14%.Commercial and New Homes experienced double-digit growth due to price increases and higher project commencements.Free cash flow of AU$135 million was broadly flat, which may indicate some "lumpy" capital expenditure in the quarter.The investment firm has a buy rating on REA with a price target of AU$192 per share.

Frasers Property's Attributable Profit Declines 38% in Fiscal H1; Shares Down 4%

Frasers Property's (SGX:TQ5) attributable profit to owners dropped by 38% during the fiscal first half ended March 31 to SG$88.4 million from SG$142.2 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Earnings per share fell to SG$0.02 compared with SG$0.035 in the year-ago period.Revenue declined 5.2% year over year to SG$1.51 billion from SG$1.59 billion, mainly due to the absence of contribution from Sky Eden@Bedok in Singapore.Shares of the property developer and manager dropped nearly 4% in Friday trading.
