Corbus Pharmaceuticals Completes Patient Visits in Phase 1b Obesity Study

Corbus Pharmaceuticals (CRBP) said Tuesday the last patient completed the final clinical visit in its phase 1b Canyon-1 trial evaluating CRB-913 for the treatment of obesity.

The company said the 240-patient dose-finding study remains on track to report topline data in September 2026.

CRB-913 is an oral CB1 inverse agonist being developed as a potential treatment for obesity and long-term weight management.

Shares of Corbus were up 5% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
