Compugates Unit Secures Court Timeline in Land Joint Venture Dispute

Compugates (KLSE:COMPUGT) said the Federal Court set out a timeline in the ongoing litigation between a subsidiary and Main Uptown, according to a Friday Bursa Malaysia filing.

The court has directed the parties to file written submissions on or before Nov. 18, with the next case management fixed for Nov. 19 and hearing scheduled for Dec. 10.

The dispute relates to a joint venture between Compugates Development and Mining and Main Uptown to jointly develop a parcel of leasehold land into a mixed development.
