Compucase Enterprise (TPE:3032) unit Weijia Electronic has completed its liquidation, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Weijia's board approved the liquidation and deregistration plan in August 2025.
Other details were not disclosed in the filing.
The Kiyo Bank (TYO:8370) said that its board agreed to establish a wholly owned investment advisory services subsidiary in August, broadening its financial services beyond traditional banking, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The Tokyo-listed bank said that the new company, The Kiyo Mirai Investment Co., will provide investment advisory services and will be established with capital of 100 million yen.The operations of the new unit are subject to regulatory conditions, and the company expects the establishment of the unit to have a limited impact on its results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
