Comforia Residential REIT to Buy Five Properties for 10 Billion Yen

Comforia Residential REIT's (TYO:3282) asset manager, TLC REIT Management, will acquire five residential properties for a total value of 10.3 billion yen, according to a Monday filing with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The acquisitions comprise four beneficial interests in real estate trusts and one real estate property.

The four beneficial interests include Comforia Shimo, Comforia Gotanno, Comforia Nishitakashimadaira, and Comforia Ayase, while the real estate property is Comforia Musashiurawa, the filing said.
