Coles Group Fiscal 2026 EPS Excluding Significant Items, Revenue Up

Coles Group (ASX:COL) logged AU$0.938 in earnings per basic share excluding significant items for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.826 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.9277.

For the 12 months ended June 28, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$45.72 billion versus AU$44.49 billion previously, the Australia-listed supermarket operator added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected AU$45.63 billion.

The company's board declared a final dividend of AU$0.37 per security, up from AU$0.32 a year earlier, payable Sept. 22 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 4.

Coles Group expects fiscal 2027 operating capital expenditure of about AU$1.55 billion. It said sales growth in the first eight weeks of fiscal 2027 was consistent with the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026.

ANZ Says Customer Scam Losses Fall Around 24% Between June, October 2025

ANZ Group Holdings (NZE:ANZ, ASX:ANZ) said Monday its customer scam losses fell by around 24% year over year for the period between June and October 2025.The bank said in a statement that it prevented and recovered over AU$100 million in scam and fraud-related funds. Over 476,000 payments were abandoned after a Confirmation of Payee mismatch warning during this period, it added.The bank's New Zealand shares added 1% in recent Monday trade.

AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Sets Validity for Service Agreements with Parent Through End-2028

AVIC Chengdu Aircraft (SHE:302132) set the validity for its goods supply and comprehensive service agreements with parent Aviation Industry Corp. of China (AVIC) until Dec. 31, 2028, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.AVIC will provide technical and processing services, equipment maintenance, and power and gas supply, among other services, to its listed subsidiary.In turn, AVIC Chengdu will provide its parent information, technology, management, and other consulting services, inspection and testing, general aviation airport services, among other services.Transactions between the two parties have reached 7.09 billion yuan as of June 30.
