Cokal (ASX:CKA) completed an export shipment of about 10,200 tonnes of metallurgical coal to China from its Bumi Barito mineral project in Indonesia, negotiated by M Resources and executed through PT Sumber Global Energy, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said talks are underway for an additional coal sale to a domestic end-user, with loading targeted for August, while a revised application has been submitted to Indonesian authorities for additional coal production under the 2026 RKAB allocation.
The company's shares rose 22% in recent Monday trade.
