The unit will provide technology, data, governance and execution services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, powered by Coforge Nuuron, the company's AI operating system and enterprise autonomy platform, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.
Guolian Securities (SHA:601456, HKG:1456) is looking to buy back between 100 million yuan and 200 million yuan of shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The securities company could buy between 7.7 million and 15.4 million shares at 13 yuan apiece.The share repurchase will help protect the company's value and shareholder rights, Guolian said in its filing.
