CMS Energy Appoints Sri Maddipati as CFO

CMS Energy (CMS) said Wednesday that it has appointed Sri Maddipati as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the company and its primary business Consumers Energy, effective today.

Maddipati is currently Consumers Energy's senior vice president and president of electric supply, according to a statement.

Rejji Hayes is retiring as executive vice president and chief financial officer, CMS Energy said.

Additionally, Chris Fultz, vice president of low voltage distribution at Consumers Energy, will become the new senior vice president and president of electric supply, CMS Energy added.

JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is preparing to launch a $1.85 billion debt financing package to back Belden's (BDC) acquisition of Ruckus Network, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the situation.The leveraged loan financing is expected to be marketed to institutional investors imminently, the people told Bloomberg.Belden agreed in April to acquire Ruckus Network from Vistance Networks (VISN) for about $1.85 billion, obtaining fully committed debt financing from JPMorgan.
