CMOC Group's (HKG:3993, SHA:603993) attributable profit rose 86.3% to 16.2 billion yuan in the first half of 2026 from 8.67 billion yuan a year ago, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
Earnings per share climbed to 0.75 yuan from 0.41 yuan a year earlier, the mining company said.
Operating income also increased 42.8% to 135.3 billion yuan from 94.8 billion yuan a year ago.
The company's board proposed an interim cash dividend of 0.95 yuan per 10 shares to all shareholders for 2026, payable on Sept. 24.
