CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) sold 660,000 shares of Nanya Technology (TPE:2408) for NT$343.3 million, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Stock Exchange filing.
The shares were sold between Aug. 18 and Aug. 19 at an average price of NT$520.2 each, generating a gain of NT$10.9 million.
Following the transaction, CMC Magnetics held 4.5 million Nanya Technology shares, representing a 0.13% stake.
The company said the disposal was for portfolio management.
