Clearmind Medicine (CMND) said Friday it will acquire a 51% stake in Charging Robotics, which develops electric vehicle wireless charging systems for automated parking systems and robotaxi operations, for $2.5 million.
Additionally, the company will extend a $1.5 million loan to Charging Robotics, bearing a 4% rate, upon transaction close, the company said.
The deal is expected to be completed next week, subject to closing conditions, according to a statement.
Shares of Clearmind fell about 23% on Friday.
