Cleanaway Waste Management (ASX:CWY) appointed Nigel Simonsz to succeed Paul Binfield as chief financial officer, effective July 27, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Binfield is stepping down after more than five years with Cleanaway but will remain with the company through the first half of fiscal 2027 to support the transition process, per the filing.
Simonsz previously served as group CFO and CEO of United Petroleum.
Additionally, Cleanaway said it expects fiscal 2026 underlying earnings before interest and taxes of about AU$470 million, around the midpoint of its guidance range.
