CL Educate Narrows Consolidated Loss in Fiscal Q4

CL Educate (NSE:CLEDUCATE, BOM:540403) narrowed its consolidated attributable loss to 87.4 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 from a loss of 101.0 million rupees a year ago.

Loss per share contracted to 1.92 rupees from 2.91 rupees a year earlier, the education services provider said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Thursday.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 increased 1.18 billion rupees from 974.6 million Indian rupees a year ago.

The company's shares were up over 2% in recent trade.
