CK Hutchison Holdings (HKG:0001) has completed the sale of its 49% shareholding in U.K. telco operator VodafoneThree, according to a Thursday news release.
The Hong Kong conglomerate said subsidiary CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings received 4.3 billion pounds sterling in cash following the cancellation of its shares in VodafoneThree.
VodafoneThree was formed through the 2025 merger of Vodafone UK and Three UK and serves over 28 million customers.
