CITIC Resources、Alcoaの残りの株式を売却するため株主の承認を求める

-- CITIC Resources Holdings Limited(香港証券取引所:1205)は、世界的なアルミニウム生産大手Alcoaの保有残株を売却する権限について、株主の承認を求める方針である。

この天然資源会社の株価は、木曜日の午前中の取引で約2%上昇した。

同社によると、今回の売却案には、最大170万口のAlcoaのCHESS預託証券および551,306株のAlcoa株式が含まれる可能性があり、これはAlcoaの発行済み株式総数の約0.86%に相当する。

すべての保有株式が1株当たり50ドルの最低売却価格で売却されたと仮定すると、売却総額は約1億1220万ドル、すなわち8億7490万香港ドルとなる。

同社は、調達した資金を運転資金、商品取引事業、将来の投資機会、および配当金の支払いなどに充てる予定であると述べた。
