Cintas Shows Strong Execution in Q1, RBC Says

By

Cintas (CTAS) showed a strong execution in fiscal Q1 after delivering a beat-and-raise quarter, RBC Capital Markets said in a Wednesday note.

The report said organic growth accelerated to 8.9%, with broad-based volume gains across all four segments and all four growth verticals performing above the company average.

Cintas guided to fiscal 2027 incremental margins of 32% to 34%, up from its prior range of 30% to 32%, the note said.

Historically, the uniform supplier has provided conservative guidance, while capital allocation could provide upside to earnings guidance, the report said.

"However, given peak employment and macro headwinds, we see potential for guidance that underwhelms," the note said.

RBC kept its sector perform rating with a $206 price target.
