CIG Shanghai Completes Raises HK$1.97 Billion in Net Proceeds via Share Placement

CIG Shanghai (HKG:6166, SHA:603083) raised HK$1.98 billion in gross proceeds from the placement of 15.6 million H shares at HK$126.66 apiece, according to a Friday bourse filing in Shanghai.

Net proceeds from the placement to at least six investors reached HK$1.97 billion. The data transmission device maker will use the proceeds to stockpile core components and fund general corporate purposes.

Dazhong Mining's (SHE:001203) subsidiary, Anhui Jinrisheng Mining, agreed to borrow 250 million yuan from Bank of China's (SHA:601988, HKG:3988) Lu'an branch, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.Dazhong Mining serves as the guarantor for the loan.The mining company's available guarantee balance for Jinrisheng Mining reduced to 1.20 billion yuan from 1.45 billion yuan.Dazhong's shares jumped 3% during the midday trade.

DL Holdings-Backed ARTi Raises $1.5 Million in Pre-A Funding Round

DL Holdings (HKG:1709) said C Capital AI agreed to invest $1.5 million in ARTi Holding through a pre-A funding round, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The investor will subscribe for 500 new Class B shares, implying a pre-money valuation of $30 million for the artificial intelligence investment research platform.Following the transaction, DL Holdings' stake in ARTi will be diluted to about 47.6% from 50%.
