China International Capital (SHA:601995, HKG:3908) or CICC resumed trading on Wednesday after announcing the put option results related to its merger with Cinda Securities (SHA:601059) and Dongxing Securities (SHA:601198), according to a same-day Shanghai bourse filing.
CICC proposed to place A-shares or Shanghai-listed shares to Dongxing's and Cinda's shareholders in exchange for their shares.
CICC's Shanghai shares rose 3% during the morning trade.
