Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company (NSE:CHOLAFIN, BOM:511243) has raised 1 billion Indian rupees through the allotment of secured non-convertible securities on a private placement basis, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company allotted 10,000 securities, which carry a coupon rate of 8.08% per annum and are scheduled to mature on June 5, 2029.
